P&G's new office design is a key part of its business strategy
May 28, 2012
In a recent interview with P&G Vietnam's General Manager, Emre Olcer described their new workspace (designed by OUT-2 Design) as follows:
"Our new working environment is designed based on a combination of state-of-the-art technology, company culture and employees’ own inputs into how they want their office to be.
It has brought to life the concept of diversity and inclusion, since all management team and employees work and interact in the same open work space, with similar designed work station and facilities. By using open work space, we get rid of all barriers in terms of age, gender, seniority and culture backgrounds to encourage young and creative employees to express their ideas, opinions and points of view. We encourage an agile work environment, which means people can sit wherever they want in the office by creating different types of comfortable work and collaboration areas.
We provide cutting edge technology and facilities to enable flexible working and work from home, which allows employees to proactively and effectively work outside of the office or spend more time with family by working from their own home".
