The Little Rose Warm Shelter (LRWS) was founded by HCWA in 1992 with the intention of rehabilitating, caring for, and protecting girls aged 12-18 who were at risk of or who had been victims of abuse. Still to this day, the LRWS continues to protect and care for young girls by providing them with shelter, as well as physical and mental rehabilitation.
