Cozy contemporary accommodation

Boarding facilities are a recent addition to education in Vietnam, and together with AIS, we have created the first on-site premium boarding facility in Vietnam. In doing so, we have been careful to recognise the importance of creating a safe, comfortable, inviting space designed with empathy and consideration for the resident, their families and the staff who manage the facility.

Beyond comfortable rooms with generous ensuites, each wing of this boarding facility provides residents with communal spaces for shared activities and communal get-togethers.

Dynamic zig-zag corridors add fun and informality to the overall design, creating nooks intended to be furnished by the residents over time—activating these spaces to encourage further social interaction between neighbours.

Community is key

Each wing has dedicated community spaces for dining, socialising, and relaxing in comfortable modern spaces that would be the envy of any home. Terraced seating areas provide an amphitheatre setting for games and family-style performances. Recycled PET wall panelling simultaneously provides acoustic attenuation and more opportunities for personalisation.

Hotel-quality rooms for
girls & boys

The student rooms provide hotel-quality accommodation for two people in a side-by-side arrangement with ample built-in storage for clothes, personal items, and large suitcases. Each room has a separate study desk for each student and a private ensuite bathroom. Clean lines and fresh colours define the room's character, and large areas
of colour-matched acoustic pinboard allow students to personalise their space without the risk of damaging vulnerable materials.
